Terms of Service

Novus Intel Hub is a directory of business contact information for property management companies, compiled from publicly available sources such as company websites and public business listings. Paid access unlocks contact details (for example name, title, email and phone) for the markets you purchase.

Emails in paid views and exports are verified when they are collected. Business contact data changes over time (people change roles, mailboxes close), so we do not guarantee that every contact is current, complete or will result in a reply or sale.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure and are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person or business; do not share access.

City Packs, State Bundles and the Master Pass are one-time purchases that unlock the covered market for 7 days from purchase. The SaaS Prospecting Engine is a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel; it includes up to 500 exported rows per billing period. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

You agree that you will:

• use contact data only for legitimate business-to-business outreach about products or services relevant to property management;
• comply with all laws that apply to your outreach, including the CAN-SPAM Act and other anti-spam, telemarketing and privacy laws, and honor opt-out requests;
• for calls and text messages, follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do Not Call Registry and state telemarketing rules (for example, no autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts to mobile numbers without the required consent);
• not resell, publish, share or redistribute the data, or combine it into a competing directory;
• not scrape, copy in bulk or try to bypass access controls, export limits or security of the Service.

You are solely responsible for how you use the data and for making sure your own emails, calls and messages comply with the law. Novus Intel Hub does not send outreach on your behalf and is not responsible for your campaigns.

Exports are watermarked and traceable to your account. We may suspend or end access without refund for misuse.

The Service, its software and the compiled directory are owned by Novus Horizon Enterprises LLC. Your purchase gives you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the data you unlocked for your own outreach under these terms.

The Service and data are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, Novus Horizon Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

We may update the Service or these terms. Material changes are posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use means you accept them. You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
