Privacy Policy

Novus Intel Hub is operated by Novus Horizon Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which is responsible for the information described here. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers two groups: people who use the Service (customers), and business professionals listed in the directory.
1. Customer information
When you create an account or buy access we collect:
- your email address and login details;
- purchase, subscription and access history;
- saved leads and export records (including export watermarks);
- basic technical data needed to keep you signed in and the Service secure.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We use customer information to provide the Service, process payments, prevent misuse and contact you about your account. We do not sell customer information.
2. Directory information
The directory contains business contact information for people working at property management companies (such as name, job title, work email, business phone, company, city and state). It is collected from publicly available sources, mainly company websites and public business listings, and emails are checked for deliverability.
This information is made available to paying customers for business-to-business outreach, under terms that require them to follow anti-spam laws and honor opt-outs. A business that asks to evaluate the data may receive a small sample (up to 5 contacts) before buying.
3. Removal requests
If you are listed in the directory and want your information removed, corrected or no longer sold or shared, use our Remove My Data page or email hello@novusintelhub.com. We process requests within 10 business days, remove the information from the directory and keep only what we need to stop it from being added again.
4. Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the Service, including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting) and email verification services. They process data only to provide their services to us.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage that are needed to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
6. Security and retention
Access to directory data is restricted and contact details are only shown to paying customers. We keep customer information while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
7. Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your account information, or close your account, by emailing hello@novusintelhub.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local privacy law.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
