Remove My Data / Do Not Sell or Share

If you are a property management professional listed in the Novus Intel Hub directory, you can ask us to remove your information and stop selling or sharing it. You do not need an account.

Email hello@novusintelhub.com with the subject “Remove my data” and the email address(es) you want removed. The button above opens a pre-filled email. Adding the company name and city helps us find every record.
We do not ask for more information than we need to find your records, and we do not charge for removal.
What happens next
We process requests within 10 business days. When we do:
- your contact details are deleted from the directory and no longer sold;
- your email address is added to a permanent do-not-contact list, so it is not collected again by our systems and we never email it;
- we reply to confirm once it is done.
Customers who already downloaded data before your request are bound by our Terms of Service, which require them to honor opt-outs.
